Summary

The second series of the Supervet continues, as Episode 2 brings us the stories of dogs Frankie, Willow and Emily. All have challenging conditions and owners in need of Noel and his teams’ help. As to be expected, emotions run high as we witness the strong bonds between animals, their owners and the Fitzpatrick team.

One year old Dachshund Frankie is brought by owners Kelly and Daniel to see if Noel can do anything to repair the deformity in his front left foot. Frankie is somewhat overindulged and lacking in the good behaviour department… and Noel ends up giving Frankie’s owners a lesson in doggy discipline as well as finding a solution to treating the issue with his foot.

Willow circleWillow

Willow is a young ten month old Labrador who is so much more than just a family pet to owner Rachel. Rachel suffers from a rare condition that causes severe allergic reactions, and Willow is soon to start training as a medical alert dog. This has been put on hold however as Willow needs a total hip replacement, it is up to the team to treat Willow and get him back on to his training.

Emily circleEmily

Shi-Tzu Emily is eight years old and lives with her family and her brother Bertie in Bognor Regis. Emily has come to see Noel due to her bizarre walk, and MRI scans reveal and exploded disc in her spine. The operation is risky, and owners Karen and Bill have to decide whether to proceed or let Emily slip away.
